Usage data within the app (logs, device metadata) to improve reliability and security.
Billing information once you become a paying customer (handled via trusted payment providers).
How we use data
To communicate product updates, onboarding information, and respond to support requests.
To operate the Clienta platform, monitor uptime, and secure the service.
To comply with Swiss and EU legal obligations including invoicing and taxation.
Your rights
Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@clienta.app.
Opt out of marketing communication directly from any email footer.
If you are based in the EU or Switzerland you can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Data retention
Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or we close the list.
Operational product data is retained for as long as you have an active Clienta account plus the legally required accounting period.
Backups are encrypted at rest and rotated on a rolling schedule.
